Your employees were very cordial and businesslike, making sure that all breakable items were removed from the area before beginning. This was not done by previous trimmers who managed to break a few items. The foreman was very clear to me about what they were to do and the whole project was handled with a lot of care. This tree was trimmed several times over the last 23 years, and this was the most businesslike and careful trimming it has received. The tree looks very good now!!
